The main objective of the study was to determine the effects of Perks Card Loyalty Program on the buying behavior of the consumers of Puregold Tanza, Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to determine the demographic profile of the participants in terms of age, sex, civil status, and monthly income; to determine the effects of Perks Card on the buying behavior of consumers in terms of product, price, place, promotion, and services; to identify the benefits of Perks Card which affect the buying behavior of consumers; and to identify the factors which hinder the consumers from availing the Perks Card.

The survey questionnaire was used to gather necessary information for this study.

Data were tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted using the descriptive method of research. Frequency and percentage distribution were used to describe the effects of Perks Card Loyalty Program on the buying behavior of the consumers of Puregold Tanza, Cavite.

The findings of the study showed that the Perks Card Loyalty Program impacts the buying behavior of the consumers of Puregold in a positive manner as it influences the consumers to keep shopping in their store. Consumers show committed behavior towards Perks Card Loyalty Program due to different kinds of rewards perceived by them.
