The study was conducted from August 2018 to March 2019 to develop a web- based Blood Finder with Geo mapping. Specifically the study aimed to: 1) conceptualize a good blood finder website based on google map to search and be able to pin the location whereas individual can search the nearest blood bank that have the blood he/she needed, 2)design the logical and user-interface of the system, which can be deployed in a webhosting, using appropriate website tools like PHP, CSS, and etc. 3)create a website that will search the nearest blood bank that have the searched blood he/she needed, 4)test the application through alpha and beta testing procedure, and 5) assess the design and technical characteristics of the system using a modified mobile application evaluation criteria adapted from the ISO 25010. The developers used the RAD method for the methodology. The planning, analysis and design phase were performed continuously until the application was developed for evaluation and implementation. The evaluation was evaluated by twenty (20) students, and five (5) IT practitioners. The respondents that were selected were knowledgeable in using website and browsing. The application Blood finder garnered a total score of 4.46 that shows that the application was very satisfactory.
