Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University CCAT Campus, Rosario, Cavite. March 2019. Adviser: Mr Karlo Jose E. Nabablit.<br/><br/>The study was conducted from August 2018 to March 2019 to develop a web- based Blood Finder with Geo mapping. Specifically the study aimed to: 1) conceptualize a good blood finder website based on google map to search and be able to pin the location whereas individual can search the nearest blood bank that have the blood he/she needed, 2)design the logical and user-interface of the system, which can be deployed in a webhosting, using appropriate website tools like PHP, CSS, and etc. 3)create a website that will search the nearest blood bank that have the searched blood he/she needed, 4)test the application through alpha and beta testing procedure, and 5) assess the design and technical characteristics of the system using a modified mobile application evaluation criteria adapted from the ISO 25010.<br/><br/>The developers used the RAD method for the methodology. The planning, analysis and design phase were performed continuously until the application was developed for evaluation and implementation.<br/><br/>The evaluation was evaluated by twenty (20) students, and five (5) IT practitioners. The respondents that were selected were knowledgeable in using website and browsing.
