Chaomelette is a food kiosk business that offers an innovative product that is not only delicious but also nutritious. It is made up of egg which is the main ingredient of omelet that is a source of protein and amino acid. The chaofan which is made up of fried rice with mixed vegetables. The rice ingredient is a source of carbohydrates that provides heat and energy. Chaomelette aims to provide convenient, affordable and nutritious meal to its customers.
The Chaomelette Food Kiosk was located at Cavite State University - CCAT Campus, Rosario, Cavite. Its target markets are the students, professors and other employees of CvSU- CCAT Campus. The nature of the business was partnership type of business managed by the entrepreneurs namely Angelica Alarcon, Angelie M. Damas, Christine Joy L. Figueroa and Cristine Mel C. Valencia.
The business has an initial capital of P40,000.00 which was equally contributed by four owners amounting to P10,000.00 each. The capital was then used to purchase the essential tools and equipment, supplies and other expenses needed to start the business.
