Rodriguez.<br/><br/>Modernization had been dominated the century making the world advanced and changing the lifestyle of every people. This scenario makes every individual to become busy especially the mothers. Instead of cooking time consuming foods, the modern moms choose to prepare quick meals like fried foods since frying is fast and convenient to cook at the same time delicious to eat. Fried foods are popular among people because it has the crisp, flavor, texture, color and moisture that makes this dish popular. With hundred food ideas people plan for their meal, no days can be missed without having fried foods in a day. This is the reason why the entrepreneurs come up the idea to establish a business which they named "Fried Day's" that will be offering products that are mainly fried foods for their Entrepreneurial Development Project (EDP). These products are Dip Dog that is coated with battered mixture, Bangus Spring Roll, Chicken Spring Roll, and Java rice that is composed of mixed vegetables and coated with atsuete. Dipdog costs P25.00 and has a mark up price of P4.31, Bangus spring roll that is P9.00 and has a mark up price of P3.18, Chicken spring roll and Pork spring roll costs P9.00 and has the same mark up price of P3.58, Original chicken costs P30.00 and has a mark up price of P9.11, Spicy chicken costs P30.00 and has a mark up price of P7.61, Java rice costs P15.00 per cup and has a mark up price of P4.00, and Plain rice costs P8.00 per cup and has a mark up price of P1.13.
