Nowadays, Filipinos are fond of using social media applications through which they watch Korean dramas and have been curious about eating Korean foods. It started with the occurrence of samgyupsal businesses in the Philippines, but due to the health protocol imposed by the government, businesses such as samgyupsal businesses are affected. The researchers aimed to determine the effectiveness of resilience strategies in the continuity of samgyupsal businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study. The researchers concluded that most of the respondents were aged 26-35 years old, female, and college graduates. The majority of the respondents had operated for less than five years, with fewer than five employees, and had an estimated total capitalization of $16,000 to $20,000. This study found that samgyupsal businesses in selected areas of Cavite experienced changes in supply and demand in their food supplies and food losses due to different protocols implemented in their respective stores. While the majority of participants were flexible in the workplace and promoted their products on social media platforms, the researchers recommended that business owners should provide plans so that businesses are prepared to cope with the possible challenges when the product
is in the decline stage.
