The study was conducted from August 2017 to March 2018 to develop a learning management system for the CVSU-CCAT Campus Department of Computer Studies. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design an Alternative Learning System which is the learning management system; 2) test and evaluate the effectiveness of learning management system using modified ISO-EIC 25010 software evaluation instrument, and 3) install, deploy and implement it to Department of Computer Studies in Cavite State University-CCAT Campus. In developing the research topic, the developers used the agile model of system development life cycle method. The model planning, analysis, design, evaluation, system implementation and deployment phase The website was evaluated by 50 participansts composed of IT experts, Web Developers, students and faculty members of CVSU-CCAT Campus. The Iearning management system gained a total score of 4.48/5.0 from web developers suggesting a very satisfactory performance and 4.44/5.0 from end users aiming excellent functionalities.
