Estonilo The study aimed to: 1. design the user interface of Cavite Tourist Guide mobile application and identify all necessary inputs, process and output of the system, 2. evaluate the beta-version of the Cavite Tourist Guide mobile application for necessary modification and updates, and 3. implement the Cavite Tourist Guide mobile application through mobile phones, tablets and all gadgets using Android Operating System A methodology called interactive model was used in developing the system. This involves the phases of planning, analyzing and designing. The phases interact continuously to produce a prototype for testing and implementation. The criteria used for the evaluation was consists of the following criteria: accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user interaction, and technical aspects of the software materials. A total number of one hundred sixty five (165) participants evaluated mobile application which has compose of one hundred fifty five (155) students and ten (10) teachers from Cavite State University Rosario. The result of the software evaluation show that the mobile application achieved an overall mean of 4.40 with a descriptive interpretation of "Excellent" Results of the evaluation showed that the mobile application can be use as a tool or a navigational device for the tourist that provides description about the places.
