The project was named "Coco Mucho". Coco Mucho offers their own version of Halo-Halo sa Buko which is a popular refreshing Filipino dessert. What makes the Coco Mucho different is that it is made up of or primarily contains coconut products like macapuno, coconut meat and nata de coco. With garnishing of gulaman, cream corn in a very finely crushed ice poured over with a sufficient amount of evaporated milk and choice of toppings such as little scoop of macapuno, lecheplan or ube. It is a very delicious treat especially in a tropical climate. We also offer variety of flavored shakes like Coco Pandan, Coco Lychee, Coco Mais and Fresh Buko Juice that is 100% pure and fresh. The business was ideally located near Cavite State University-Rosario in front of Jevouy's eatery wherein the target market can easily place their orders and served within five minutes. Every Friday and Saturday, the entrepreneurs also sell their product at Brgy. Tejero General Trias, Cavite. The business is a small scale partnership type of business managed by partners named Ladylyn Bisco, Analyn Didal and Rodeliza Parungao. The business was engaged in marketing of Coco Mucho's product wherein the total capital of P30, 000.00 was equally shouldered by the three partners amounting to P10, 000.00 each. The capital was used merely for purchasing the essential tools and equipment, supplies, and other expenses required for business startup phase. The entrepreneurs agreed to do the respective duties and responsibilities on rotation basis so that each entrepreneur will have hands on experience during the entire operation of the business. The production process involves purchasing of necessary raw materials, preparation of all the ingredients, production of Coco Mucho, assembling, packaging and marketing. Coco Mucho's products were sold to the students, faculty members as well as the residents nearby Cavite State University Rosario and Brgy. Tejero General Trias, Cavite. The term of sales was on cash basis. The income statement of the business for eight weeks of operation ended in January 16, 2014 indicates total sales of P53, 608.00 and net income of P18, 912.45. The cash flow statement of Coco Mucho discloses cash inflow of P83, 608.00 an ending cash balance of P18, 912.45, The Return of Investment of the business is 63.04%. This may imply that investment could be recouped in a shorter period of time. Since the Entrepreneurial Development Project conducted by the entrepreneurs was a very promising endeavor, it was agreed by entrepreneurs that they will continue and make the business more productive and salable. The entrepreneurs would want to improve the business' processes and the product's quality to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. In addition, if the circumstances so provide, the entrepreneurs will plan to enter into a franchise business for future expansion. The idea behind the Entrepreneurial Development Project indeed motivated the entrepreneurs to enter into a viable business idea that will contribute to the economy as a whole.
