520 _aThis study was conducted to determine the Distribution Management of JR&R Distributors Inc. in Pamplona Uno, Las Piñas City. Specially,this study aimed to: 1. to identify the products and services that JR&R Distributors Inc. offers. 2. to identify the process of distribution used by JR&R Distributors Inc. 3. to identify the distribution channel used by JR&R Distributors Inc. 4. to identify different challenges and problems that the company encountered. Descriptive analysis was used in the study. In conducting the study,the researchers gathered data through observing the actual operations and process of the employees in the company; conduct personal interviews to the employees and other staff in the company. The study was conducted at JR&R Distributors Inc. in Pamplona Uno, Las Piñas City from January 15 to March 20,2019. JR & R Distributors Inc. is one of the biggest Procter and Gamble distributor in the country, a corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission appointed as the authorized distributor of the Procter and Gamble Philippines incorporation. The distribution process of the JR&R Distributors Inc. involves P&G Receiving Operation Standard Procedure,Warehouse Loading Operation Standard Procedure, Warehouse Picking Operation Standard Procedure,Warehouse Storing Operation Standard Procedure, and Ordering to Delivering Process. The distribution channel used by JR&R Inc.; It startwith the manufacturer which is the P&G going to the distributor (JR&R), going to the supermarket retailers down to the sari- sari store finally to the households or even from the supermarket retailers direct to the households. The other one is from the distributor going to a wholesalers down to another wholesaler KAE-FOB going to the public market, down to the sari-sari store and finally to the households. The study analyzed the distribution management of the company, the products and service of the company, the distribution process, the distribution channels and the problems and challenges and found out that there are several challenges that the company faced; Pending Delivery, causes of No parking lot space, No money for parking fee coding, and change of delivery date and No checker on duty on the delivery date; Cancelled Orders, causes of no payment, no ability to pay to the said date, and change of orders;Returns, causes wrong orders, slow moving products, and damage items/reject. For recommendation the researchers recommend to continue the building of great image of the company through the hardwork of employees. Employees should have open communication with each other to avoid delay and problems. The process is fast and clear but it is better to improve. Provide filling cabinets for the security of files and keep the filling dated in order to trace a file quickly if needed.
