Adviser: Mr. Arman M. Ambas. Technical critic: Richard P. Perez. The study was conducted to determine the trend analysis at Zito Amo Consulting Inc. The study was conducted in 3rd floor.Unit 3D-1 High Pointe Building, 1184 Don Chino Roces Avenue, an Antonio, Makati City. The goal of the study is to gain information about trend and market condition. This study specifically aimed to: (1) Identify the Trend Analysis at Zito Amo Consulting Inc. (2) How does this factor influence the number of employee of Zito Amo Consulting Inc. (3)Which among this factors influence the number of clients of Zito Amo Consulting Inc. The study used Qualitative and Quantitative Method in interpreting the data. The researchers also used interview and observation as the primary data. The secondary data was attained through articles and internet. The researchers also conducted SWOT Analysis, mission, vision, description of the company, analysis of the firm, find out the problem and recommend possible solutions. After the data had been gathered through interview and data given, the researchers found out that the previous years got the lowest percentage of employees deployed in the client while the current years got the highest percentage of employee deployed in the client. The researchers also found out that the number of employee deployed depends on the number of clients. Zito Amo Consulting Inc. started to become an Outsource provider for almost 7 years. In our observation we found out that the main competitors of the firm are their clients, they directly hire the applicants. As a result,we recommended that the employee that deployed in the client should be well- trained and suitable for the position to maintain the good partnership.They should use modern technology to handle the applicants by creating their own website which contains Home (The job vacancies for the applicants, to create their own resume) About Us (Company Profile, Mission, Vision, Core Values and Goals) Contacts (Telephone/Mobile number,E-mail,Location Map,Contact Persons) Website helps and give convenience and save time for their applicants and for the firm it can maximize their time.
