  Employee's gender orientations were organizational issues, healthy and the important is productive diversity of workplace motivates the employees to feel safe and focus on their job. Thus, this study attempted to know the perception of selected LGBTQ employees and experienced challenges toward working environment inclusivity. The researchers utilized a descriptive research approach and used purposive sampling. The sample came from the selected companies in Cavite Economic Processing Zone, Rosario, Cavite and delimits to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer. The results for the socio-demographic profile shows that majority of the respondents are belonging to young adults which are lesbian mostly single, finished their vocational course and working regularly in the company as a production operator and have been there for 2 to 3 years. Considerably, the LGBTQ respondents have positive responses in the overall aspects of perceived working inclusivity such as career growth opportunity, activities and training, management and administration, stigma and discrimination, policies of organization, openness and disclosure in the company. Thus, majority of the respondents' experienced challenges i.e., awful physical and psychological challenges, fear of coming out their true sexuality, lack of representation in the company, sexual harassment in the company, and denying of promotions due to sexuality.
