The study was conducted from July 2013 to January 2014 in the town of Rosario, province of Cavite and at F. Manalo Rd., General Trias, Cavite to assess the impact of monitoring the orders of NoraBen Bagoong and Patis Manufacturing. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. plan a website through identifying the problems of NoraBen Bagoong and Patis Manufacturing; 2. analyze the flow of business transaction inside and outside of the company including the communication between the customer and the factory to monitor the orders; 3. develop a powerful website that would encourage the customers to order a bulk of NoraBen Bogoong and Patis Manufacturing products and give updates on the delivery of the orders by receiving a Short Message Service (SMS); and 4. assess the developed website if it meets the needs of the company.

Ocular or field visits, interviews, assessment of marketing participants, and analysis of the products of the company, were done to gather pertinent data. The tasks were distributed to each member of the group.

The development of website was accompanied using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model that served as guide in creating the website Activities that were performed in this model were the system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system operation, support and security.

The system was evaluated using a software evaluation instrument. A total of 200 participants composed of 75 students, 100 potential customers and 25 grocery owners were invited to test the system. The result showed that the system was an effective way to promote NoraBen products and manage inventory and orders of the customers.
