This research study focused on computerized billing and information system a new and advance way of keeping all records. In order to implement all of these, the researcher's gather necessary information and analyze all of it.
Patient's record in hospitals today necessitate a competent administration when handling patients, getting the bills from cashier, and keeping the patients records which is the important part in the flow of the management. At the current process of the management, there are missing files which are important and late releasing of bills which takes an hour.
This system is made using the programming language which is Visual Basic 2010 and using MySQL for the database.
