Development of CT: Computer Terms and Tutorials. A Project Design. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, Rosario, Cavite. April 2014. Adviser: Prof. Christopher G. Estonilo. The study was conducted from July 2013 up to January 2014 at Block A Lot 3, Christine Village along Biga, Tanza, Cavite, to develop a mobile application for computer terms and tutorials. Specifically the study aimed to: 1. plan a mobile application that can be used as an information system to serve as a guide or assist every individual in learning computer, 2. analyze the possible solutions in every problem of end-users about computers related topics and how could this mobile application be helpful to computer industry; 3. develop a mobile application that can be easily used by the student to a specific knowledge about; and 4. evaluate feedbacks and comments and apply the changes to the system for the satisfaction of user. Interviews, significance of computer dictionary and computer tutorials, researches of mobile application software for building the system and gathering related data to android mobile application, were done to obtain useful data. The task was distributed to cach members of the group. The developers used the fishbone diagram as a guide to accomplish the user satisfaction by targeting the problems that user encounters in terms of learning computer topics. The development of mobile application was accompanied using the Interactive Method or iterative model that serves as guide to develop the mobile application; the tasks that were performed in the model are requirements analysis, design, implementation and report. The system has been tested to determine problems that would arise during actual use. The system was evaluated according to its accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user interaction and technical aspects of the software and materials. There were 214 students from various courses and 4 computer instructors who evaluated the system. Results showed that the system is an efficient and useful tool in learning computer terminologies ER -
