A software app is a software developed specifically for use on personal computer, such as desktop computers and laptop. The developer create a software application regarding to basic troubleshooting techniques and how will user prevent simple problems inside a computer that is entitled, development of be Computer Troubleshooting Simulator. It provides many features for the user to learn basic computer troubleshooting.

The study started from June 2015 1o December 2015 in Cavite State University, develop the Basic Computer Troubleshooting Simulator.

The study aimed to: 1. design a software application that will provide guides about basic computer troubleshooting to the users: 2. test and evaluate the application tor
the necessary modification and updates of the system, 3. and implement it through installing desktop computer with windows 7 and above operating system.

The developers used a system development method called Prototype Model, where a systems development method (SDM) in which a prototype (an early approximation of a final system or product) is built, tested, and then reworked as
necessary until an acceptable prototype is finally achieved from which the complete system or product can now be developed to produce the Basic Computer Troubleshooting
Simulator.
