Estonilo This study aimed to design the user interface of Rosario National High School official website with grades monitoring system. Specifically, it aimed to design the user interface of official website for RNHS, test and evaluate the website and implement the official website with grades monitoring system through desktop and smartphones The website was developed in Hypertext Markup Language and PHP programming language It can easily store, edit and update the information of the students. The system also helped to automatically compute student's grades and can assign a subject and student to the teacher The development of RNHS official website with grades monitoring system used the concept of Interactive model which was composed of five stages planning, analysis, design, evaluation and implementation. The following software were used to develop the system Adobe Photoshop CS6 for editing and design the interface of the system. Notepad as the developing function of the system and Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Visio for the documentation. The study was conducted at Rosario National High School from January 2015 to March 2016 The website criteria used for the evaluation had the following criteria content, content accuracy, navigation and links, layout, background and page design, fonts and choice of color, graphics and images, spelling and grammar and functionality. It has been tested and evaluated by twenty five (25) participants, two (2) Information Technology experts, four (4) teachers of RNHS, 13 students of RNIIS, one (1) teacher of CvSU-R, four (4) students of CvSU-R and one (1) student of SSC-R The result of the website evaluation showed that the system provides a sufficient protection for the facilities and students inside the computer laboratories that corresponds with a total score of 80 19 points with a Satisfactory descriptive interpretation ER -
