The study was conducted from January 2016 to May 2017 to develop an online ordering system with design customization for infinite printing shop. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design and develop the logical and user interface of the online ordering system; 2) test and evaluate the online ordering system; and 3) deploy the system through the internet.

The developers used the interactive model of system development for the methodology. The planning, analysis, design phase were performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation.

The system was evaluated by 50 participants, composed of the store owner, IT experts, teachers and students of CvSU-Rosario. The online ordering system gained a total score of 88/100, suggesting a very satisfactory performance and characteristics
