The study was conducted from August 2018 to April 2019 to help the marching band owners in the Philippines and its clients for the reservation of schedules Specifically, the study aimed to. 1) design an official website for the marching bands that is capable of administering the website by one super admin, registering band owners, it's member and clients, editing and managing the pages of the band by the registered owner, and serving as social network of all band members and clients. 2) evaluate the website in order to determine if it complies with the ISO-IEC 25010 software standards, and 3) prepare a deployment plan of the website in the internet using a paid hosting site. The developers used the rapid application development (RAD) for the system methodology The RAD methodology has several phases including requirements analysis, user design, construction and cutover
The evaluation was evaluated by ten (10) presidents of each band, ten (10) members of each hand, five (5) clients, and five (5) web developers or IT experts. The respondents that were selected were knowledgeable in using internet and browsing It gained a mean of 4 11 described as Satisfactory for web developer respondents. On the other hand, it gained a mean of 4 49 described as Very Satisfactory for the end-users.
