This study compared the Uno Factory Outlets and SM Surplus Shops in Cavite in terms of 4P's (product,price, place and promotion). It was conducted from November 2015 to January 2016 within the area of Trece Martirez, Bacoor and Dasmariñas Cavite, where the participants were sure buyers of the said shops. Respondents were gathered from UNO Factory Outlet Trece Martirez Dasmariñas Cavite and SM Surplus Shop in Bacoor and Dasmariñas,Cavite. The study determined the profile of the participants, evaluated the attributes of T-shirt apparel offered by UNO Factory Outlet and SM Surplus Shop according to Quality, Design, Good Appearance and Proper Arrangement. The study also determined the most preferred shop of the respondents based on the data results. The researchers used the purposive sampling as their research design in conducting the study to get the exact respondents which fall into 400 T-shirt Apparel buyers of UNO Factory Outlet and 400 T-shirt Apprel buyer of SM Surplus Shop. Questionnaires and observations were the instruments and tools that the researchers used in gathering information for the research study. From the data gathered from the buyers of UNO Factory Outlet and SM Surplus Shop, the researchers found out that the majority of the participants were female. Most of the participants belong to age bracket of 19-28 years old. All of them were employed, and majority of them had an average monthly income of Php 10,000 to Php 20,000. Majority of the respondents chose to buy T-shirt apparel in SM Surplus Shop because of their T-shirt Apparels quality. They also offered several designs of T-shirts, with good appearance of T-shirts, proper arrangement of the T-shirt section. Aside from that, SM Surplus Shop is very convenient in terms of its location. Lastly, customers were really attracted by their promotional campaigns. Meanwhile, from the data gathered , UNO Factory Outlet offered the very affordable price for their customers, and offered high percentage of discounts and a buy 1 get 1 free promo. This was the reason why customers keep on coming back to the shop. Most of the participants of SM Surplus Shop were very satisfies with the quality of the T-shirt Apparels offered; on the other hand, the participants of the UNO Factory Outlet were very satisfied with the affordabililty of T-shirt apparels offered ER -
