The study was conducted at the Sky Freight Forwarders Inc. (SFFI), Parañaque City, form November 2004 to January 2005. Data were collected through interviews from the company magazines and brochures, and by visiting the website of SFFI.

This study will help the students a lot about freight forwarding because it is considered a growing demand and already guarantees a steady growth for the freight forwarding business. This study will also assure that freight forwarding is a strong competitive business that can withstand the challenges of this industry.

Generally, this study aimed to know the success behind the business, or the strategies used by the company. To be more specific, it also aimed to present the information about forwarding services of the company, to know the different types of freight; and to widen the knowledge of the students about cargoes. The focus of the study is on the marketing strategies of the firm, which covers the place, product/service, price, and promotional strategies used.

Some of the services offered by SFFI are airfreight, ocean services, customs brokerage, trucking, warehousing and distribution. Also included in the study were the organization and management of SFFI, the different codes of discipline used by the company, the different problems encountered by the firm and how they cover up with those problems, the present market situation of SFFI, and the company's future plans. The SWOT Analysis was also used in the conduct of the study and the analysis of the firm.
