The project named Green Bunch Food House. The main products are veggie meals and fruits. This partnership type of business was managed by Cathleen C. Corcuera, Nellie Mae L. Felizardo and Joyce A. Fernandez. Production was held at Paradahan 1, Tanza,Cavite.
The proponents' starting capital was equally shared to finance the project. A starting capital of Phpb30, 000.00 was used for the purchase of raw materials to start the business.
The main objective of the project is to provide a portable and ready to eat meal for every customer to satisfy their needs and wants. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. formulate effective and profitable projects; 2. familiarize with the possible risks and failures of the project and to come up with possible solutions; 3. enable entrepreneurs to communicate clearly and effectively; 4. maintain the ability to finance operations of the project; and 5. focus on controlling costs in both production and operations while maintaining profit margin on products sold.
The problem encountered by the participants is the difficulty in finding location, late deliveries and hard time in finding proponents and cause damages in raw materials.
