The study was conducted from July2015 to February 2016 to develop and evaluate boring head trepanning tool. This study aimed to; 1) design boring head trepanning tool; 2) fabricate boring head trepanning tool using available materials and manpower;3) evaluate the accuracy and time in cutting circular shape of the prototype and 4) conduct cost analysis of boring head trepanning tool.

The boring head trepanning tool for milling machine was constructed with two (2) different size of round bar (90mm diameters and 25mm diameters). It also cut the diameter of round bar to get the precise in the plan. The boring head trepanning tool can cut circular shape with minimum of 90 diameters up to 290 diameters. The study revealed that the boring head trepanning tool was technically feasible investment due to the fact that its design and construction was reliable and was manufactured from locally available materials. Boring head trepanning tool operation performed at once will save much time during of manufacturing activities. The specialized design of the device fosters safety at work and is very convenient to use. The total cost of the completed project was PHP 12,616.40
