This study was conducted from October 2017 to April 2018 to develop an Industrial DC Motor Control Training board. This motor control can demonstrate the different DC Motor and motor control connection and the trainer is supplied by a DC regulated power supply and fixed voltage power supply. The main objective of this study was to develop an Industrial DC Motor Control Training Board and construct a regulated power supply and fix voltage power supply with an output voltage of 110DC volts.

The Industrial DC Motor Control Training Board will benefit the electrical/electronic technology students or trainee in the field of electrical technology.The trainer will help to improved their skills and knowledge.

The Industrial DC Motor Control Training Board can perform different types of laboratory activities. Laboratory exercises/tasks experiments and performance test/evaluation to the electrical/electronic technology students or trainees. The Industrial DC Motor Control Training Board is use to demonstrate and perform different laboratory exercises in the electrical engineering/industrial technology student and industries for instructional purposes.

The findings of the study based on the results of the evaluation were excellent as to its functionality, durability and safety. Another study will be conducted to improve the Industrial DC Motor Control Training Board.
