Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, Rosario, Cavite. April 2016 Adviser: Christopher G Estonilo. The Cavite Agricultural Map and Plant Growth Stages was planned, designed and implemented to have better information about the plants, When it comes to agricultural map it can easily define the places and the information about the plant that is already planted. In plant growth stages shows the plants by its description and how old it is. The information and images being used was approved by the office of the Provincial Agriculturist. The output of the mobile application was gathered from the office of the Provincial Agriculturist: hence it will be reliable and appropriate. A methodology called Rapid Application model was used in developing the requirements planning user design, system. This involves the four stages which are construction and cutover. Wherein the stages continuously working to produce the Cavite Agricultural Map and Plant Growth Stages that could be tested and implemented offline through android phone. The criteria used for the evaluation of the system are: accuracy: consistency; correctness; reliability; information in the program; user interaction; and technical aspects of the software materials. A total number of twenty-five (25) participants evaluated the system; twelve (12) of which were from the students of agriculture of Cavite State University- Main Campus, eleven (11) of which were from the agriculturist staffs of Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, two (2) of which were IT experts. The results showed that the application.
