Estonilo Troubleshooting is the process of fixing the problems in the computer With the emergence of mobile applications on smart phones and the basic problems about computer, the researchers have come up with the idea of developing a mobile application which is called PC Doctor: A Mobile Application System for Computer Troubleshooting Using Intel Hardware with Animation. The study aimed to design the user interface of the PC Doctor, test and evaluate the mobile application, and install and implement the mobile application through mobile phones, tablets and all gadgets with Android operating system. The researchers used system development method called iterative model, where planning, analysing and designing phase interact continuously to produce the PC Doctor that can be tested, evaluated and implemented through mobile phones and gadgets having an Android OS. The criteria used for the evaluation of the mobile application were: accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user interaction, and technical aspects of the software materials. Average and mean were used. Two hundred (200) participants evaluated the mobile application, which was composed of one hundred sixteen (116) IT students, seventy seven (77) non-IT students and seven teachers from Cavite State University Rosario. The result of the software evaluation shows that the mobile application achieved an overall mean of 4.54 with a descriptive interpretation of "Excellent". The PC Doctor for smart phones with android operating system is capable of helping and guiding users who don't know how to fix and solve computer problems. It serves as a tool, guide and reference for the users to maintain and to gain some knowledge about computers and how to fix it.

Troubleshooting is the process of fixing the problems in the computer With the emergence of mobile applications on smart phones and the basic problems about computer, the researchers have come up with the idea of developing a mobile application which is called PC Doctor: A Mobile Application System for Computer Troubleshooting Using Intel Hardware with Animation.
