This study was intended to develop a digital archive of transcript of records for Cavite College of Arts and Trades (CCAT) graduates Specially, the study aimed to 1) design the prototype of digital archive for Cavite College of Arts and Trades (CCAT) Graduates windows application using C# and Photoshop, 2) test the prototype Check for errors and specify the scope of the windows application, and 3) evaluate the Digital Archive of Transcript of Records for Cavite College of Arts and Trades (CCAT) Graduates. Iterative model of development was used to develop the windows application system It consists of the planning phase, analyzing phase, evaluating phase and implementing phase. One hundred sixty five (165) participants were invited to evaluate the system functionality according to the criteria accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability information in the program, user interaction, and technical aspects. The result of the software evaluation shows that the system is capable of preserving, restoring and storing transcript of records.
