The study was conducted from August 2016 to May 2017 in Colegio de San Francisco to develop an official website for Colegio de San Francisco. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design and develop the user interface of the website; 2) test and evaluate the finished system; 3) and implement the system through uploading it in the World Wide Web.
In developing the website the developers used interactive method, it was consist of planning phase, analysis phase, design phase, evaluation phase and implementation phase.
The website evaluation was composed of the following criteria: content, content accuracy, navigational links, layout, background and page design, fonts and choices of color, graphic and images, spelling and grammar, and functionality. The system was evaluated by fifty evaluators, composed of IT experts, teachers and students of CvSU- Rosario. The Official Website of Colegio de San Francisco gained a total score of 93.98/100, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics.
