Its main goal is to develop an official website of Hangugeo Tutorial Center. Specifically, the study aimed: 1) design and develop the user and logical interface of the system; 2) test and evaluate using modified web application evaluation, and 3) implement the system into a web application. The developers used the Scrum model of system development for the methodology. The planning, sprint, closure phase was performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation. The system was evaluated by fifteen (15) respondents, composed of DCS faculty. customers, and staffs of Hangugeo Tutorial Center. The website gained a total score of 4.52 from end-users with a descriptive interpretation of very satisfactory. Meanwhile, web-developers gave a total score of 4.048 with a descriptive interpretation of very satisfactory.
