The researcher developed a Patient's Information Management System of Mostajo Medical and Diagnostic Clinic. The doctor, nurse and the pharmacist can have an automated information system. The development of the system can improved and secured the information and inventory system. It also promotes the service of the Mostajo Clinic to patients by providing a better and convenient services.
In developing the research topic, the developers used the iterative model of system development life cycle method. The model includes initial planning, planning. analysis, design, evaluation, system implementation and deployment phase.
The website was evaluated by 20 participants composed of students of Cavite State University CCAT Campus and Mostajo Clinic Staffs. The Mostajo website gained a total score of 4.54 from end users described as Excellent and 4.14 from the web developers describes as Very Satisfactory.
