Specifically the study aimed to 1)conduct an interview with the business owner for Ieouna to gather all necessary information and to know all business transactions and constraints; 2) design the logical and user-interface of the system, that can be deployed in different mobile and non-mobile platforms,using appropriate wed developments tools; 3) assess the design and technical characteristics of the system using a modified website evaluation criteria adapted from ISO 9126; and 4) deploy the system through internet using a paid domain name. The developers used the agile and scrum method for the methodology. The planning, analysis, and design phase were performed continuously until the application was developed for evaluation and implementation. The website was evaluated by ten (10) students or end users and (10) IT experts. The respondents that were selected were knowledgeable in using the internet. The website for Ieouna gained a total mean score of 4.38 with descriptive interpretation of very satisfactory from the web developers and total mean score of 4.78 with descriptive interpretation of excellent from the end users. It implies that the website met the desired functionalities of magazine type website.
