Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) document and observe the operations of the Research and Extension Department in terms of keeping and organizing of students and faculty research to get the information needed in the development of the website: 2) design the logical and user interface of the website using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Studio, MySQL.: 3) conduct a system testing using alpha and beta testing with the clients; 4) evaluate the system using the adapted ISO 25010 evaluation tool for websites, 5) deploy the offline based version in the campus library and link the online based version at the CVSU-CCAT campus website The developers used a system development method called iterative method wherein requirement planning, analysis, design, prototyping and testing phase happens in repeated cycles in the development of the study The system was evaluated by 30 participants, composed of five IT experts as the web developers, three department coordinators and 22 students as the end users. The Research and Extension Digital Archive gained a total score of 4.28 for the evaluation of web developers and 4.55 for the evaluation of end users that suggest an outstanding performance and characteristics.
