The study was conducted at the Department of Computer Studies of Cavite State University-CCAT from August 2018 to April 2019. The general objective of the study is to develop a mobile application that can give additional learning to the students about the three heroes. Specifically, the study aimed to 1) document the three heroes through reading reliable medium and watching Philippine history about them; 2) design the logical and user-interface of the system, that can be deployed in different mobile platforms, using appropriate mobile development tools, 3) assess the design and technical characteristics of the system using a modified website evaluation criteria adapted from the ISO 9126, and 4) deploy the system in Google play store The developers used the concept of interactive model for the development. This model includes planning, analysis, design, prototyping, testing The mobile application was evaluated by five (5) IT experts and (10) general end- user in General Trias, Cavite. It gained a mean of 4 19 and described as very satisfactory for the mobile developer respondents. On the other hand, it gained a mean of 4.3 and described as very satisfactory for the end-users. It implies that the application is able to meet its desired functionalities
