The study was conducted from August 2017 to March 2018 to develop, Seven Deadly Sins, a first person survival horror game. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design the graphical interface of the game using Adobe Photoshop C6 and Unreal Engine; 2) develop the game logic using Unreal Engine; and 3) test and evaluate the application using an evaluation instrument adapted and modified based on ISO-EIC 25010 evaluation instrument. The developers used the interactive model of system development as methodology. The phases of planning, analysis, and design were continuously performed until the system was developed and ready for evaluation and implementation. The game application was evaluated by 30 participants composed of game developers, teachers and students of Cavite State University-CCAT Campus. The game application gained a total score of 3.85 from game developers, and a total score of 3.85 from end-users. The game showed very satisfactory performance and characteristics.
