The study was conducted from August 2018 to May 2019 and aimed to develop a content management system for online sellers for them to be able to create and modify the content of their own website Specifically, the study aimed to 1) document the different operations of online shops, 2) design the logical and user interface of the content management system and website templates using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap Studio PHP as the programming language, and MySQL for the database model: 3) conduct a system testing using alpha and beta testing. 4) assess the design and technical characteristics of the website using a modified website evaluation criteria adapted from the 150 25010: 5) deploy the website in the world wide web through a web hosting server using webbyph.com as domain name The developers used a system development method called iterative method wherein requirement planning, analysis, design, prototyping and testing phase occurs in repeated cycles during the development of the study The evaluation was conducted at Cavite State University-CCAT campus The website was evaluated using the adapted 150 25010 evaluation tool for websites in which the evaluation criteria for web developers was composed of functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, security, maintainability and portability While the website evaluation for end user was composed of the following criteria usability, effectiveness, efficiency satisfaction, and context coverage. The system was evaluated by 30 participants, composed of 3 11 experts as the web developers, 10 sellers and 15 online buyers or online shop enthusiasts as the end-users. Webby: A Content Management System for Online Shops gamed a total score of 461 in the evaluation of web developers and end users, this suggests an outstanding performance and characteristics.
