The study was conducted from August 2017 to April 2018 in Cavite State University- CCAT Campus to develop a mobile application which is "HIS360Cavite". Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design the logical and user interface of mobile application; 2) test an evaluate the application; and 3) upload the application through google play store.
In developing the research topic, the developers used the interactive model of the system development cycle method. The model includes planning, analysis, design, evaluation and system implementation phase.
The evaluation was conducted at Cavite State University - CCAT Campus. The application evaluation for mobile developer was composed of the following criteria: functional suitability, performance efficiency,usability, security, maintainability and portability. The mobile application evaluation for end-user was composed of five mobile developers, five IT experts, five tour guides,thirty-five(35) tourists.
