dataset and tools; 2) design and develop the logical and user-interface of the application
that can run in mobile platforms, using appropriate android-mobile development
applications; 3) assess the technical characteristics of the application with the use of the
modified ISO/IEC 25010 Software Evaluation Instrument; and 4) prepare an
implementation plan for the deployment of the application.
The developers used Rapid Application Development methodology which is
composed of these five stages: requirements planning, designing, testing, refining,
testing, and deployment stage.
The application was tested, and result shows that it has 79% accuracy rate. It was
also evaluated by five IT experts and it garnered an evaluation score of 4.48 / 5.00,
