The business enterprise was named BASH GALLERY where the participants targeted the residents of Tanza, Cavite. The nature of the business was partnership type of business managed by partners namely Cristel Joy T. Alcantara, Khay Marie M. Arinduga, John Christian A. Lino, and Ronette P. Muyot. The role of proponents is on rotation basis.
The Operation In-Charge is the personnel who oversees the overall planning, financial management and inventory of products. The Marketing In-Charge is the personnel will be in-charge in making promotion and reaching the target customers. The personnel also develops different pricing strategies for every product. The Finance In-Charge is the personnel will be responsible for all the financial aspects of the business such as inventory, pricing and financial statements. The Purchasing In-Charge is the personnel will be in acquiring and approving of goods and service.
The business has a big potential in getting a high profit when managed well. Bash Gallery offered different types of party needs, party pantries, and balloons. It is also offered photography services, cakes, tables and chairs, videoke rentals and special products for seasonal occasions.
The entrepreneurs started with an initial capital amounting to Php 44,140.00. The income statement of the business for nine weeks of operation ended in March 31, 2019. The business was located at Brgy. Daang Amaya III Tanza,Cavite. The proponents decided to set up business in that specific place because it was big enough to hold large number of customers. Through the practices, lessons and skills they have learned from conducting Entrepreneurial Development Project, they now have something to base from. They also want to offer this business to larger market, fortunately, franchise it to other people who want to do business with them.
