Moncada This research was conducted from November 2015 to January 2016 to determine the level of satisfaction of the members of Mutual Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Philippines Naic, Cavite, (MSCCP) Specific objectives were to determine the demographic profile of the members as to name, occupation, monthly income and no of years in cooperative; to determine the services offered by the MSCCP, to determine the satisfaction level of the members on the regular sayings, informal savings (paluwagan), time deposit and loans Data were gathered through survey with the aid of the questionnaire prepared and distributed to the 316 members of Mutual Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Philippines Naic, Cavite. Survey questionnaire was the major tool to gather data and determine the problem of the study Data gathering and retrieval of survey questionnaire started on the second week of December 2015 during weekdays. Afterwards, the researchers retrieved the questionnaire and tallied the results Findings were presented in tabular form, and graphs to further understand the satisfaction of the members on MSCCP. Data were analyzed and interpreted using the mean, frequency and percentage distributions to assess the satisfaction level of Mutual Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Philippines Naic, Cavite. The Slovin's formula was used to compute the data . The result of this study revealed that the members of MSCCP were very satisfied on the services offered by the MSCCP in terms of regular savings, informal savings, time deposit and loans. The researchers recommended to the MSCCP to strengthen communication between the office and the members for the improvement of the business
