The study was conducted from October 20147 to January 2015 to determine the customer satisfaction of Aroma Beach Resort in Naic, Cavite. Specifically the study aims to (1) determine the satisfaction of Aroma Beach Resort's customers (2) determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Aroma Beach Resort regarding on their price, place, products/services, and promotion and (3) propose promotional strategy for the business
The primary sources of data used in conducting this research are personal interview with the manager, staff, survey to the customers, and through personal observations within the firm itself. The secondary sources consisted of review material composed of marketing books and unpublished materials that will help the study
Data gathered were also from the business files and records of Aroma Beach Resort to conduct information of the operation of the beach.
The researchers observed, and interviewed the staffs and the manager of Aroma Beach Resort. The information they gathered has been analyzed, organized, and clarified, including various cooperation with case participants. During analyzing and tallying the survey results, the researchers used statistical method such as frequency distribution.
Data collected were carefully discussed and analyzed to determine the customer satisfaction of Aroma Beach Resort.
Based on the information that the researchers gathered through survey questionnaires, it shows that out of the 50 participants 74% of them became aware of Aroma Beach Resort through their Friends and Relatives, 10% through Advertisements, 4% through Reviews, and 12% answered Others but did not specify As of the Aroma Beach Resort's competitor analysis, the researchers asked the survey respondents what are the other beach resorts they prefer aside from Aroma Beach Resort. It shows that out of 50 participants 68% of the respondents have been in Villa Excellance Beach Resort, while 6% in Tropical Garden Beach Resort, 18% in Unica Bay Beach Resort, and the remaining 8% answered Excellent and Postema Resort, then the researchers asked the respondents if they have tried the other services that Aroma Beach Resorts offers. 56% of the respondents already tried the other services they offer, while 44% answered No
The survey shows that out of 50 participants 68% are satisfied, while the remaining 38% are not
The researchers believe that customer satisfaction and customer value of the Aroma Beach Resorts is then competitive advantage compare to others.
