The researchers conducted the study, Motivational Factors in Networking Businesses in Rosario, Cavite from September 2014 to February 2015 in Rosario, Cavite. The study determined the motivational factors in Networking Businesses in Rosario, Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to: identify the profile of the members from the selected networking businesses in Rosario, Cavite in terms of the following; age, gender, educational attainment, marital status, length of being a member of the networking business, length of hours in conducting networking business, and income; to determine the motivational factors of its members in terms of; product, financial, social, flexibility and self-satisfaction; to determine the common problems encountered in conducting their networking business. The study has significance to the networking businesses because it gave them a better understanding of their member's motivation in joining networking business and served as their basis to create or improve strategy. The study also has importance to the people planning to join networking because it will provide knowledge about the motivational factors that push its members to join and help them make decision easily. The participants of the study were 477 members of the selected networking businesses of the selected networking businesses such as Avon, Unlimited Network Opportunities (UNO), Hinode International Marketing Inc. and Gano iTouch. The study used stratified sampling and the sample population is based on the 10% of the total number of the members of the selected networking businesses. Descriptive method was used in the study wherein survey questionnaire was used as primary instrument to gather data. The study was tabulated, interpreted and analyzed by the researcher with the help of the statistician. The researchers recommend that this networking businesses should formulate strategies that would motivate the members intrinsically because according to educators, intrinsic motivation are more desirable and resulting in better learning outcomes than extrinsic motivation (Deci et. al 1999).
