The main objective of the study is to determine the competitive strategies of C- Belle Developers in General Trias Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) identify the profile of C Belle Development Corporation and 2) determine the competitive strategies employed by C-belle developers. Descriptive statistics was applied to gather data. Internet, articles, magazines and books was also used as the source of secondary data. The researchers also observed the company for 240 hours. Interviews and observation were conducted to support the study. The result of the study proved that C Belle Development Corporation utilized valued competitive strategies to their business. It also shows that C-belle Development Corporation increases their sales yearly starting 2010 to 2014 as showed in Figure 10. This can be associated that C-belle has a strong marketing strategy and well established company.
