Taders The Enterprise Development Project named MAG's PanDeRolyo was conducted from November 23, 2015 to February 14, 2016, 61 days of operation atario Teren Plaza in Rosario, Cavite. The production area of the business was located at CIS Bakery Timalan Concepcion Naic, Cavite. The enterprise aimed to produce a unique product that will satisfy customer's wants and needs, determine its profitability and identify ponsible problems encountered and the possible solutions. It also aimed to establish, produce and market PanDeRolyo, a cone shaped twisted bread filled with varieties of fillings such as beef, pork, chicken, tuna and ham, and it also has tomato, cucumber and cabbage inside to make it healthier. The idea came up with the innovation of typical bread into more creative and unique one. The form of business organization is general partnership owned and managed by the proponents with an initial capital of Php 15,866.50, equally divided into three. The capital was used to purchase the raw materials, tools and equipment, office supplies, and payments for other expenses. Through this project the proponents were able to apply what they learned in school and enhance their management expertise. They also used different promotional tools like tarpaulins that contain the logo and the price list of the products, leaflets and T-shirt. They also promoted their product through social media by creating a page which contains a clear message targeted to effectively attract them to purchase the product, For a short period of time the enterprise was able to generate sales and attain market acceptability. They gathered a total sales of Php 70, 154.00 and net income of Php19, 099.95 with the total assets and equities amounting to Php 34, 911.45. During and before the operation the proponents encountered problems including the initial capital needed for the business, location, documents and permits, competitors, electricity, market acceptability of the product, spoilage of perishable goods and changing cost of raw materials but were able to surpass those problems by means of teamwork and analytical thinking about the best solutions. Also during the operation the proponents received good comments and feed backs about their product, most of their customers offered franchise the business which motivated the proponents to pursue the business in the long run. After graduation while waiting to be employed, they plan to continue the business, register it at DTI and if given a chance they will expand the business by means of franchising.
