As the market continues to evolve in a last paced environment, businesses are also trying to adapt in the changing needs and wants of the customers. Offering products or services these days are not that simple anymore People or the customers have a tendency to find more and more value in the product they buy Since people are now dependent on a ready-cooked food but still want those food healthy, the proponents came up with a project, "Chicharitos" which offers different kinds of menu from vegetables, meat and fish.
The idea is to offer food for snacks that is mainly composed of selected healthy pieces of ingredients that is not only delicious but readily available. The ingredients are vegetables ranging from eggplant, carrots, sweet potatoes, white onions, and water spinach (kangkong), the meat part is from chicken's meat, and the fish from anchovy Then dipped in a specially prepared batter mixture and then deep fried into cooking oil. preferably vegetable oil. The unique thing about "Chicharitos is its on-the-go packaging that serves as container of both food and strawed-drink Offering a product that is suitable to the taste and lifestyle of busy people is the idea behind the framework of Chicharitos.

It is a small scale partnership type of business managed by HenerGumale, EdmarOnsana and Leslie Mintu conducted last November 12, 2013. The business was engaged in the production and marketing of Chicharitos wherein the total capital of 130, 000.00 was evenly shouldered by the three participants amounting to P10 000.00 cach. The capital was used for purchasing the essential tools and equipment, supplies, and other expenses required for business set up The proponents agreed to do the respective duties and responsibilities, Marketing Financial and Production aspectsin rotation basis so that cach partner will have hands on experience about the entire business.
