However, putting up this kind of business is not as easy as it sounds because the success of this depends on whether people will avail the products. The proponents decided to establish and operate "Gibe'Els Crispy Molo Food Cart" to determine whether it can compete to the current market. The entrepreneurs provided the business with amount of Php 30,000.00. After fifteen (15) days of operation generate a net income of Php 12,111.00 and a total sale of Php 36,150.00 was acquired after fifteen (15) days of operation. Gibe'Els crispy molo food cart encountered problem in cooking and frying molo wrapper because of the uncontrollable heat that make the molo unevenly cook. Having more attention is needed. The crunchiness of crispy molo is affected when it is exposed in a long period of time outside its container, that's why the amount/quantity being cook/fry is limited and controlled. The Entrepreneurial Development Project was conduct to train student to enhance their entrepreneurial skill and to develop their ability to communicate with others. Good communication skill is essential when engaging in different types of business. The proponents exerted a lot of effort in promoting and encouraging the customer to purchase the products to increase the sales. The proponents also concluded that customer's needs should be considered first. As a good entrepreneur they must know how to handle the customer in a good manner, and also in respectful way. The proponents decided to continue the business after graduation while still searching for a job that suit to their finished degree. They also look forward to having good location that is accessible to customers and expand the market. The proponents will also introduce and produce varieties of flavors of molo wrapper, like baked molo chips with sesame seeds, molo wrapper with chocolate inside, molo soup and more that will satisfy the customer.
