The study's proponents used the quantitative method that used the descriptive research design to describe the respondent's profiles and Likert type measurement for the impact of human resource management strategies on the development of employees. Also, most of the respondents' occupations are sales personnel, and they have been in the service for 1 to 5 years. The study also revealed that most of the participants strongly agreed that there is an impact of the human resource management strategies implemented in the organization on employee development in terms of communication skills, creativity skills, leadership skills, stress management, and flexibility. Therefore, the researchers recommended strategies to firms for human resource management to implement inside their firms to ensure the continuous development of employees and to better understand the needs of the firms' workers.
