In today's sudden shift of event and worldwide happenings such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the internet has become a powerful marketing tool that allows businesses and salespeople to open a whole portal to new marketing possibilities and opportunities. Salespersons such as real estate agents were drastically hit by theses uncontrollable situations, hence they adapted to digital marketing and employed creative the effectiveness of real estate agents' creative marketing strategies on sales performance in Tanza, Cavite. The proponents of the study utilized a descriptive study methodology to describe the demographic profile of the study utilized a descriptive study methodology to describe the demographic profile of the respondents as well as a Likert-type assessment to determine the effectiveness of the creative marketing strategies on the sales performance of real estate agents. According to the study's findings, the respondents were between the ages of 30-51 and had graduated from college. The majority of them are female, offer major services such as selling, renting, and showing property, and have bees in the real estate firm for 1 to 2 years.
The study reveals that the real estate agents perceive that the creative marketing strategies employed are both extremely and very effective in their sales performance in terms of sales productivity, lead response time, opportunity win rate, and average deal size. Moreover, the proponents of the study recommended listings of trending marketing ideas that would serve as a reference to the real estate agents in Tanza, Cavite.
