Many people are interested and involved in starting up a business and one of the most popular business nowadays is milk tea and shake business. Since the pandemic happen, a lot of challenges was encountered by the new entrant owners. The researchers come up with this study to determine the microanalysis of challenges-response scenario of new entrant owner. The researchers used descriptive research design to gather the needed data. Using the 7P's of marketing mix the proponents found out the challenges of new entrant in terms of (a) product: having similar products to the competitors, (b) price: the expenses of customer will increase due to added fee to the delivery, (c) place: limited people can visit the location of business due to restrictions and policies during pandemic, (d) promotion: limitations to promote the product through face to face, (e) process: sales decrease due to pandemic, (f) people: they can hire only few people due to pandemic and (g) physical evidence: customers are not allowed for dine in. The study also revealed the coping mechanism of the respondents in terms of (a) product: providing a good quality product, (b) price: maintain to its average price to be more competitive and the owner itself can be the worker to reduce expenses, (c) place: good exposure to the location of your business,(d) promotion: promoting the product using social media platforms like Facebook, (e)process: open a delivery services for people who can't go outside,(f)people: following and implementing the safety protocols of the government to secure the safety of the staffs and customers and being attentive to the customers want or request and (g)physical evidence: cleanliness and disinfecting all the equipment and tools before and after the operation.
