Working in a job, vocation, r career is an important part of most people's life. In order to exist, one must work hard, regardless of the type of employment or the amount of money earned, as long it helps with daily costs. Hence the researchers aimed to determine the satisfaction level of white-collar and blue-collar workers in selected manufacturing industries in Rosario, Cavite. The study utilized the descriptive-correlational research design as well as purposive sampling method in selecting the 25 white-collar and 25 blue-collar workers. Descriptive survey design was used to measure the satisfaction level of white-collar and blue-collar workers and correlational design was utilized to understand the significant relationship between gender and satisfaction of white-collar and blue-collar workers. The study revealed the satisfaction level of white-collar and blue-collar workers (1) They are fairly compensated (2) They learned to interact with a different set of people as a result of the training they received from their job., they are given all of the training they need to do their job (3) They work assignments are always clearly explained to them (4) They have adequate opportunities to develop their professional skills (5) Their department provides all of the equipment, supplies, and resources they need to do their job (6) Their company encourages and supports a healthy work-life balance (7) they all work well together. Hence the researchers recommended that in order for the workers to have a professional relationship, they must have moral independence. This can be possible by showing how one can be possible by showing how one can be reliable, responsible, productive , and trustworthy towards small or huge task given to them.
