It makes the goods or services available from the producers to the ultimate end users. The Philippines has a lot of aquatic resources , so it has a lot of potential to establish a fishing industry that can be easily transported throughout the country's market and fishing port. The system of distributor sales to wholesalers going in sale in retailers before going to the ultimate user or customer is commonly used by some of the Philippines well-known fish port sectors. However, distribution management practices in the fish port industry were very crucial to understand since there was a lot of business established. Due to rapidly changing conditions in the fish port business as a whole, it is futile to attempt to offer a full explanation of the current distribution management techniques of all fish distributors, sellers, brokers, and purchasers in certain specific small fish port rural areas. The primary goal of this paper is to assess and comprehend the distribution management practices of the "Konsignasyon" market owners of Pandawan Fish Port, one of the prominent fish centers in Cavite. The Pandawan Fish Port in consist of business center with markets variety of fish products, ice plants and storage, fish processing facilities and fuel depot. This study looks at the both challenges encountered by them in distributing fish products through their activities. The study employed a total of thirty (40) respondents who had a physical store in "Konsignasyon". The study utilized both a survey questionnaire and a phenomenological interview conducted over the phone to gather the required data. This study uses descriptive research design and phenomenological research design for the documentation. The findings of the study reveal that "Konsignasyon" market owners faced a challenges due to a shortage of supplies and a lack of a better understanding of current distribution management practicing in distributing fish products. The recommendation of possible solution to the challenges encountered by the participants is: The municipalities of Rosario Cavite should partner with some private institutions that offer livelihood programs or training that can help "konsignasyon" market owners gain a better understanding of distribution management practices that hey can apply in their operation of selling a variety of fish products in Pandawan, Fish Port.
